Zaborowski, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of issuing dishonored check-value not more than $250, fined $206.10, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, remain law-abiding, do not enter additional locations, do not enter Fleet and Farm in Fairmont, Minn., pay restitution in the amount of $156.10, all payments made should be applied towards restitution first.

Nolan M. Anderson, 18, of Mankato was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
Eric J. Neubauer, 40, of Wells was convicted of operating a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, unsupervised probation one year, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete comprehensive assessment, provide copy of this assessment to agent and follow all recommendations. Received an additional charge of driving while impaired-operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; dismissed.
Jay T. Hagedorn, 45, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth degree driving while impaired; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, supervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Received an additional charge of third degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; dismissed.
