Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type — Jose G. Choncoa Garcia, 34, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Timothy D. Jordan, 45, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Charles F. Lund, 71, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle with expired registration; fined $115.

Martin R. Edilzar Josue, 22, of Saint James, was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Edgar J. Gomez Rodriguez, 43, of Montrose, was convicted of driving while impaired-operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no misdemeanor violations, no violations of the law of a misdemeanor level or greater, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Received additional changes of fourth-degree driving while impaired and driving while impaired-operating a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; both dismissed.

Tony Phaly, 44, of Jackson was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 27 days for one year, credit for time served three days, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, no driving without a valid driver’s license and insurance. Also convicted of failure to signal lane change; fined $40. Received additional charges of speeding, no proof of motor vehicle insurance and reckless driving-consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; each dismissed.
