Received additional charges of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree drugs-possess schedule I,II,III,IV or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp, cannabis open package-possess in motor vehicle-not compliant packaging or container, careless driving-operating a motor vehicle carelessly on street or highway, driving after cancellation, second-degree burglary-dwelling, two fifth-degree drugs in posesss schedule I,II,III,IV, not a small amount of marijuana; each dismissed.

Driving after revocation — Michael W. Osmundson, 43, of Blue Earth; fined $285.
Mayra C. Silva, 39, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200.
Matthew R. Mattin, 40, of Winnebago was convicted of third-degree burglary-enters without consent with intent to steal/commit felony or gross misdemeanor; fined $75, sentenced to jail 121 days, credit for time served 76 days, sentenced to correctional facility 18 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, take medication in the prescribed dosage and frequency, probation may discharge as defendant is serving time. Received an additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; dismissed.
Rick A. Hughes, 48, of Lemoore, Calif. Was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refusal to submit to chemical test, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 350 days for two years, credit for time served 14 days, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, follow all instructions of probation, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel. Received additional charges of obstructing legal process-interfere with peace officer and open bottle law-drinking and consumption-crime described; both dismissed.
