All devices are subject to search and monitoring, no alcohol/controlled substance use, or possession, with the exception of prescribed medications, abstain from use or possession of alcohol and all other mood-altering chemicals unless prescribed by a physician. Including, but not exclusive to, non-alcohol beer and wine and energy drinks containing alcohol, random testing, predatory offender registration required, obtain written permission from Agent before leaving the State, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed. Received additional charges of third-degree burglary-enter without consent with intent to steal/commit felony or gross misdemeanor and theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; both dismissed.
