Frank E. Parker, 44, of Shelby, N.C., was convicted of display can/rev/sus or stolen plates; fined $385. Also convicted of driver/owner open bottle; fined $100.

Alejandro Gauna, 31, of Sherburn was convicted of operating a motor vehicle with expired registration; fined $185. Received additional charges of collision with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police and careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; both dismissed.

Elijah M. Youngwirth Bursell, 20, of Sherburn was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $100, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, sentenced to service three days for indeterminate, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, do not enter additional locations, defendant is excluded from Welcome Campground. Received additional charges of of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances and reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustfiable risk; both dismissed.

Kirstin L. Kitchel, 29, of Elmore was convicted of driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $686, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel. Branden C. Marsh, 52, of Wisconsin Dells, Wis. was convicted of amended traffic-speeding-exceed interstate limit 70 miles per hour out of urban; fined $225. Received an additional charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; dismissed.

Jason B. Walker, 54, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication for domestic abuse-no contact order-violate no contact order-within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $75, sentenced to jail 25 days, credit for time served 25 days, unsupervised monitoring without conviction one year, no assault, no threatening or assaultive behavior. Received additional charges of domestic assault-by strangulation and domestic assault-gm-subsequent violation; both dismissed.
