Joanna F. M. Magee, 22, of Des Moines, Iowa was convicted of tampering with motor vehicle-enter without owner permission; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, complete booking and fingerprint process within the next 30 days, contact the Martin County Sheriff’s Office to make arrangements to complete booking and fingerprinting.

Fernando L. Ware, 56, of Greenwood, Miss. was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $18,050, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from Agent before leaving the State, defendant is allowed to travel out of State for employment purposes, comply with the ICOTS transfer process, complete gambling assessment, complete the South Oaks Gambling Screen, if screen calls for further programming or assessment be completed, successfully complete all required recommendations within first year of probation, pay restitution in the amount of $18,050, defendant shall make minimum monthly payments of $400 per month, if defendant gets 60 days behind on payment, it will result in an automatic probation violation jail sanction of at least 15 days. Received an additional charge of theft-by swindle; dismissed.

Charles B. Steuer, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two years; fined $810, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 334 days for two years, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, attend MADD Impact Panel, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agents, assigned social workers if any, mental health treatment providers if any, releveant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, no new violations of the law. Received additional charges of driving after suspension and driving while impaired-operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; both dismissed.

Shadrick D. Vogt, 41, of Lakota, Iowa, was convicted of trespass-occupy/enter dwelling/locked/posted build; fined $7,908.99, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Received an additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property-no consent; dismissed.
