Miller, 58, of Emmons was convicted of fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, IV-not a small amount of marijuana; fined $1,185, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 55 days, sentenced to correctional facility 13 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete comprehensive assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing. Also convicted of driving while impaired; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 55 days. Received an additional charge of third-degree narcotics sale; dismissed.

Landen E. Lyons, 21, of Blue Earth was convicted of operating an uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle with an open package of cannabis; fined $185.
Keaton M. Bonewitz, 26, of Keystone, Iowa was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.
