Madysen A. Eckmann, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of failing to obey a traffic control device; fined $135, sentenced to jail 10 days, stay 10 days for one year, supervised probation one year, no same or similar, pay restitution. Received an additional charge of failing to yield right of way in a roundabout with oversize vehicle; dismissed.
Larry W. Lemke, 74, of Fairmont was convicted of having junk other than weeds and grass; sentenced to jail 10 days, stay 10 days for six months, unsupervised probation six months, no same or similar, keep property cleaned up and in compliance with city ordinances.
Manuel Pablo Ralios, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding in urban district; fined $50.
Matthew J. Mcmurtry, 33, of Jackson was convicted of operating a motorcycle without endorsement-must have with; fined $135. Also convicted of failing to change address or name within 30 days; fined $20.
Morgan M.
