James J. Bray III, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $225. Also convicted of speeding in urban district; fined $70.

Jacob R. Angle, 20, of Jonesboro, Ariz. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of having windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.

Dakota J. Colbert, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200.

Michael B. Schwartz, 56, of Jackson received a stay of adjudication for real estate-failure to disclose material fact; fined $500, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication two years, no same or similar.

Catherine M. Jensen, 57, of Truman was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; fined $200. Received an additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired; dismissed.

Dennis R. Bruce Jr., 44, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; fined $185, sentenced to correctional facility 27 months, supply DNA sample, pay restitution if ordered.

John H. Helt III, 45, of Welcome was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $100, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 355 days for two years, credit for time served nine days, sentenced to jail 45 days, supervised probation two years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state. Received an additional charge of operating a motor vehicle with expired registration; dismissed.
