Latell J. Chaney Jr., 22, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.

Tanner R. Klug, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of receiving stolen property; fined $100, sentenced to a correctional facility 12 months and one day, stay for five years, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 20 days, sentenced to service 10 days for indeterminate, supervised probation five years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete diagnostic assessment, cognitive skill training, no contact with victims. Also convicted of trespassing on premises of another with refusal to depart; fined $75, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 14 days, sentenced to service five days for indeterminate, supervised probation one year, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, report to agent as directed, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, complete diagnostic assessment, cognitive skill training.

Expired registration — Jessica M. Jereczek, 37, of North Saint Paul; fined $115.

Jose L. Lopez Gonzalez, 21, of Green Bay, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Jose N. Perez, 33, of Ceylon was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while registration was canceled/revocated/suspended; fined $385. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.

Adrian C. Olmos, 26, of Faribault received a stay of adjudication for unlawful assembly-disorderly conduct; fined $200, unsupervised monitoring without conviction one year, no same or similar.

James M. Harris, 38, of Albert Lea received a statutory stay of adjudication for fifth-degree possession of drugs in schedule I, II, III, III-not a small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 11 days, credit for time served 11 days, supervised probation one year, follow recommendations of evaluation.

Gerald J. Meidinger, 76, of Fort Wright, Ky. was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 75 days for one year, credit for time served five days, supervised probation one year. Received additional charges of second-degree assault-dangerous weapon-substantial bodily harm and third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; both dismissed.
