Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type — Omar D. Vazquez Perez, 29, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Eirik T. Ingvoldstad, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of dog/cat at large-second and subsequent offense; sentenced to service 40 hours for indeterminate. Received additional charges of driving without a valid license, dog/cat not licensed, and three dog/cat at large-second and subsequent offenses; each dismissed.
