Front and rear license plate required — Michael B. Moore, 49, of Fairmont; fined $115.

Randy S. Grathwohl, 50, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $185. Received an additional charge of driving while impaired; dismissed.

Stephanie E. Jacob, 41, of Trimont received a stay of adjudication for failure to license animal; no complaints regarding the defendant’s animals, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication six months. Received an additional charge for animal nuisance-barking; dismissed.

Jay A. Weitzel, 61, of Trimont was convicted of driving while impaired; fined $885, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, complete treatment and aftercare recommended than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel, no same or similar. Received additional charges of 4th-degree driving while impaired and driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; both dismissed.
