Marcella Garcia, 52, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operating an uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200.

Brandon L. Vargas, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $185. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.

Pablo Rodriguez IV, 26, of Gary, Ind. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Emma R. Ringness, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of operating a vehicle while hands-free accessing video content/images/games/software applications; fined $135. Also convicted of failing to stop at stop signs at highway entrance; fined $50.

Nathan W. Sukalski, 31, of Sherburn was convicted of driving while impaired; fined $810, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 334 days for two years, credit for time served two days, home detention/electronic monitoring, supervised probation two years, complete comprehensive assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, no same or similar, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, contact with probation after sentencing, complete post sentence investigation if recommended by probation. Received an additional charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; dismissed.
