Crystal L. Hollman, 41, of Kiester, received a stay of adjudication for not fastening a child under 8 or 57 inches to their seat; fined $135, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication six months, no same or similar.
Joshua D. Musel, 25, of Frost was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired with one aggravating factor; fined $685, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 361 days for two years, credit for time served three days, supervised probation two years, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
Dammon D. Nailon, 42, of Wells, was convicted of disorderly conduct; $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, supervised probation one year, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, complete diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, medical treatment, obtain employment, remain law-abiding, complete comprehensive assessment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition. Received additional charges of domestic assault and obstruction; both dismissed.
