Douglas J. Kaltved, 53, of Ramsey, was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.

Greg P. Ryan, 50, of Lewisville, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of unsafe passing in a no pass zone; fined $50.

Hilario Choncoa Garcia, 23, of Fairmont, was convicted of operating motor vehicle without carrying proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Christopher C. Rios, 43, of Jackson was convicted of theft-taking/driving a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent; fined $75, sentenced to correctional facility for 17 months, give a DNA sample when directed, pay restitution.
