Brianna K. Bungert, 30, of Mankato, was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a functioning ignition interlock device; fined $285. Received additional charges of speeding and no proof of motor vehicle insurance; both dismissed.
Thomas P. Miller, 61, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent; fined $7.89, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, do not enter additional locations, do not enter Fairmont Kwik Trip for one year, no same or similar, pay restitution in the amount of $7.89.
Robert F. Jones, 69, of Chicago, Illi was convicted of theft by swindle; fined $6,586.51, sentenced to jail 58 days, credit for time served 58 days, sentenced to a correctional facility 13 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and your civil rights are fully restored, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, pay restitution in the amount of $6,586.51.

Us Perez, 19, of Fairmont, was convicted of 5th-degree assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, supervised probation one year, complete Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention program, complete comprehensive assessment, remain law-abiding, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no disorderly conduct, no assaultive or disorderly behavior. Received an additional charge of domestic assault; dismissed.

Richard Lopez, 51, of El Campo, Texas, was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota driver’s license; fined $185. Received an additional charge of having no proof of motor vehicle insurance; dismissed.
