Speeding — Marvin Borntreger, 28, of Wonewoc, Wis; Alyssa R. Bertrand, 26, of Sioux City, Iowa; both fined $125.

Steve Hofer, 43, of Sioux Falls, S. Dak, was convicted of texting while operating a commercial motor vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of careless driving on street or highway; fined $185.

Micala M. Janssen, 31, of Lakota, Iowa was convicted of not keeping to the right side of the road-over center line; fined $135. Also convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a Minnesota license; fined $100.

Grant P. Goraczkowski, 43, of Fairmont, was convicted of possessing ammo or firearms after a previous felony conviction; fined $585, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 334 days for two years, 10 consecutive weekends in jail, supervised probation two years, no ame or similar, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Mirko Milicevic, 29, of Schaumburg, Illi., received a stay of adjudication for theft by swindle; fined $61,356, supervised probation five years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, maintain full-time employment, comply with all Interstate transfer requirements to transfer probation supervision to state of residence, pay restitution in the amount of $61,356.

Driving after suspension — Taylor R. Temple, 24, of Jackson; fined $285.

Sam A. Stout, 26, of Albert Lea, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/boisterous/obscene; fined $75. Received an additional charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; dismissed.

James C. Rivera, 36, of Winnebago, was convicted of possessing ammo or firearms after a previous felony conviction; fined $585, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 362 days for one year, credit for time served two days, supervised probation two years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medication, random testing, complete comprehensive assessment, cognitive skill training, surrender any remaining ammo or firearms to law enforcement.
