Duty to drive with due care — Slade J. Fitzgerald, 17, of Sherburn; fined $125.

Juan R. Pena, 44, of Fulda, was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days. Also convicted of giving peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card; sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days. An additional charge of overworked/mistreated animals-cruelty, was dismissed.

Jessica K. Scheff, 36, of Mapleton, was convicted of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agents, assigned social workers if any, mental health treatment providers if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, follow all state and federal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as needed, random testing.
