Seat belt required-driver and passenger must use — Ashley J. Haake, 40, of Fairmont; Marlowe L. Wangen, 76, of Hayward; each fined $110.

Kevin L. Schleininger, 57, of Granada was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Giovani Vega Martinez, 26, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of instruction permit requirements violations for person under the age of 18; fined $135 for each charge.
