Dusheck, 38, of Big Lake was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $100, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 349 days for two years, credit for time served 15 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations for most recent comprehensive assessment, complete treatment and follow all aftercare and discharge recommendations, complete mental health diagnostic assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.
