Chamberlain, 27, of Mankato was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 76 days for one year, credit for time served 14 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain law-abiding, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Gronbach, 41, of Lakota, Iowa was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year unsupervised probation, do not enter Fairmont Walmart during time of probation, no same or similar.

Thomas W. Bowen, 46, of Delavan was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no disorderly conduct. An additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Hecker, 43, of Little Marais, Minn. had a charge of domestic assault-fear of immediate bodily harm continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, cooperate with Human Services of Faribault/Martin Counties child protection, no assault or disorderly type behavior, remain law-abiding. Also had a charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, cooperate with Human Services of Faribault/Martin Counties child protection, no assault or disorderly type behavior, remain law-abiding. Erica A. Boerner, 42, of Fairmont was convicted on 2 separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
Saiveon Dyez Williamson, 24, of Waseca was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
