Juventino Lozano, Jr., 50, of Edinburg, Texas; Carter R. Quist, 18, of Fairmont; each fined $145.

Dog/cat at large-first offense — Alex M. Mendenhall, 25, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Antulio Juarez Agustin, 39, of Worthington; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Vanessa Y. Guerra, 30, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Jose L. Alvarado Rubero, 33, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $400, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, one year Domestic No Contact (DANCO), no same or similar. An additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk was dismissed.

Philip K. Pytleski, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Faith L. Sokoloski, 74, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter the Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.

Curtis R. Sager, 64, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; fined $1,100, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare and successfully complete any programming recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications including THC, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications including THC, random testing, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), refrain from the use of any form of violence including either violent behavior or threats of violence, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. An additional felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, were both dismissed.

Leslie A. Hansen, 34, of Watertown, S.D. was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of owner allow illegal operation; fined $100.

Jacob W. McAnany, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.Courts
