Elmer A. Hernandez Villatoro, 20, of Estherville, Iowa was convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways; fined $185. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $100.

Matthew J. Redenius, 35, of Elmore was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200.

Denetrius D. Washington, 46, of (unknown address) was convicted of check forgery-offer/possess with intent to defraud; fined $540.32, restitution $440.32, sentenced to jail 150 days, credit for time served 57 days, concurrent with other case, may work STS while in custody if eligible, pay restitution.
