Rhonda R. McCulley, 56, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all recommendation from most recent comprehensive assessment, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. An additional charge operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.
Micky J. Walitshek, 29, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of cannabis open package-cannabis use in motor vehicle on streets or highways prohibited; fined $100.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Carla R. Sorenson-Harvey, 53, of Blue Earth; fined $285.
Vicki L. Hookham, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.
Michael G. Pryor, 52, of North Mankato was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.
Eric Sewankambo, 29, of Los Angeles, Calif. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $255, six months probation to the court, no offenses for six months, no same or similar.
Ashley F. Wolfe, 31, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.
