Unlicensed/inoperable vehicles — Daniel J. Fischer, 53, of Welcome; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Cordel E. Schendel, 27, of Wells; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Terry L. Kooiker, 45, of Welcome; fined $285.

Jeremy A. Kietzer, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $685, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, participate in, pay for and successfully complete a domestic violence program and follow all recommendations, continue family counseling and marriage therapy as directed and follow all recommendations, complete chemical dependency treatment currently at Fountain Centers and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, have no further violations of the law, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. An additional charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation was dismissed.

Fabian Rivera Gonzalez, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $585, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, do not drive without a valid drivers license, no same or similar. Additional charges of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, and driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, were all dismissed.

Catherine M. Jensen, 56, of Truman was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with an expired registration; fined $30.

Bruce R. Baxter, 40, of Winnebago was convicted on 2 separate charges of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $185 for the first charge and $100 for the second charge. Also convicted of brake lights-minimum of two; fined $40.
