Laray Mo Nique Reed, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution when certificate of restitution is filed, restitution reserved for 30 days, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. An additional felony charge of first-degree burglary of an occupied dwelling with non-accomplice present, and a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another, were both dismissed.

Quentin J. Thomas, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of possess ammo/any firearm-disqualified under statute USC 18 s922; fined $485, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no possession of firearms, dangerous weapons or ammunition, no same or similar.

Christopher A. Fausch, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $510.60, restitution $150.60, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 83 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution of $150.60 within 90 days, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing. Additional charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed.

Trenton R. Dickherber, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Anthony L. Obernolte, 35, of Sherburn was convicted o theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart, no same or similar.

Bryan N. Schultze, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motorcycle without protective eyewear; fined $135. Also convicted of operate motorcycle without both hands on the handlebars due to carrying cargo; fined $50. Also convicted of motorcycle passenger cannot reach footrests or floorboards with both feet; fined $40.

Shania J. Kleine, 27, of Sherburn was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.

Erin K. Maier, 37, of Ceylon was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200.

Esteban Hernandez, Jr., 45, of Lewisville was convicted of traffic violation-fail to stop for school bus; fined $385, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
