Keith, 66, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement; fined $800, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, comply with all predatory offender registration requirements, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Bradley J. Arnold, 38, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving restrictions-drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition interlock; six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Travis S. Runge, 46, of Sherburn was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree burglary of a dwelling; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 28 months, stayed 5 years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 55 days, STS is granted if eligible, remain in jail until treatment bed is secured if residential treatment is recommended, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution once restitution certificate is filed, restitution reserved for 30 days, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment while in custody and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, enter and successfully complete Drug Court, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.
