Anthony C. Schultz, 32, of Trimont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Speeding — Clare F. McMullen, 25, of New Berlin, Wis.; fined $125.
ATV-fail to renew registration — James A. Engebretson, 83, of Kiester; fined $135.
Quen Omaha Bena, 31, of Bricelyn was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, defendant can do STS for fines, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications including THC, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, don’t enter bars or liquor stores, don’t enter establishments that have alcohol as their primary source of income, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of fifth-degree assault, fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, were all dismissed.
Jose D. Colin-Tovar, 53, of Wells was convicted on two separate charges of dog/cat at large; fined $310 for the first offense and $50 for the second offense. Additional charges of public nuisance-annoy/injure/endanger safety, dog/cat at large, and dog-prohibited acts-barking, biting, etc., were all dismissed.
Jazmine Lopez, 20, of Mankato was convicted of drivers license-instruction permit violations for person 18 years or older; fined $135. Additional charges of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, and speeding, were all dismissed
