Hatfield, 32, of Ceylon was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 18 days, serve sentence in Nobles County Jail, when jail term is served then file can be closed. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.
