Robert D. Olson, 34, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $75, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program, remain law-abiding, no assault, no disorderly conduct.
