Also convicted of no drivers license in possession; fined $20.

Ryan L. Howell, 41, of Welcome received a stay of adjudication on a charge of ignition interlock restriction violation; fined $75, sentenced to jail 23 days, credit for time served 23 days, one year unsupervised probation, one year no further violations of probation.

Vanessa A. Mendoza Duran, 28, of Renton, Wash. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
