Kristopher J. Gines, 29, of Emmetsburg, Iowa was convicted of theft-by swindle; fined $290, restitution $130, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.
Dakota J. Haegeman, 30, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 17 moths, supply DNA sample.
Eugene F. Pitcher, 70, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of indecent exposure-public place willfully/lewdly; fined $75, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Joshua Michael L. Hinck, 29, of Mound had a charge of driving after suspension continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Sabrina R. Thompson, 29, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for six months, credit for time served four days, six months supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.
