Dustin C. Tolzmann, 32, of Mankato had a charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $185, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no same or similar.

Harold J. Lambert, 57, of Danube, Minn. was convicted of speeding; fined $210. Additional charge of possess open package of cannabis in motor vehicle-not compliant packaging or container was dismissed.
