Speeding — Leslie A. Pearson, 81, of Blue Earth; fined $125.

Damien A. Munoz, 23, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure; fined $660, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay cost, remain law-abiding. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, open bottle law, and speeding, were all dismissed.
