Speeding — Tamera A. West-Lobato, 63, of Armstrong, Iowa; fined $225.
Robert K. Dollen, 56, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served six days, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring, three years supervised probation, provide proof of completed anger management course to supervising agent, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare and be completed within the first six months, refrain from having any assaultive, abusive or violent behaviors, have no direct or indirect contact with the victim of the matter, pay restitution if ordered, restitution reserved for 30 days, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications including THC, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications including THC, random testing, work with probation on permission to leave state for work purposes, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.
Steven D. Willette, 57, of Fairmont had a charge of counterfeiting of currency-uttering or possessing continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.
