Jose L. Castano, 66, of Fairmont was convicted of trespass-return to property within one year; fined $210, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, do not return to property where trespass occurred unless given permission, no same or similar.

Gonzalo V. Jimenez, 36, of St. James was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Jousha L. Miller, 18, of Sherburn had a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Celsey L. Peterson, 27, of Faribault had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no same or similar. Also had two separate charges of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no same or similar for both charges. Also had a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no same or similar. Also had a charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no same or similar.

Asia L. Dubray, 20, of Baraboo, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
