Lee S/ Garvick, 19, of Elmore convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for 90 days, contact probation officer as directed, enroll in and complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program within 60 days and follow all discharge recommendations of the domestic abuse program if any, no contact with victim(s), one year Domestic No Contact (DANCO), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.
Jonathan T. Selin, 59, of Elmore was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no assault, no disorderly conduct.
Jace T. Negen, 16, of Farmington had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
