Karley M. Law, 22, of Fairmont had a charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, comply with all recommendations of current treatment plan, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing at the request of law enforcement.

Tomas J. Machado, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $86.44, restitution $86.44, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 13 days for six months, credit for time served 17 days, six months unsupervised probation, pay restitution within three months, no same or similar. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185.

Erick F. Navas, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $460, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one unsupervised probation, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), no same or similar. Additional charges of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting, and domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another, were both dismissed.

Heidi S. Spidahl, 52, of Sherburn was convicted of was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing as requested by law enforcement, attend MADD impact panel and contact Martin County Probation to set up, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and fourth-degree driving while impaired, were both dismissed.

Adam A. Santoro, 51, of St. Louis Park was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $510, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Vernon D. Handevidt, 35, of Trimont was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
