Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Jesus De La Rosa Garcia, 66, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Nakita M. Lind, 35, of Elmore; fined $285.

Dillon R. Irwin, 24, of Westbrook, Minn. was convicted of trespass-occupy or enter locked dwelling or posted building; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, work towards obtaining GED, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $5,160, restitution $5,000, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, pay minimum restitution of $420 monthly, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, work towards obtaining GED, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed. Two additional felony charges of theft-indifferent to owner rights, were both dismissed.

Hunter D. Chaffee, 33, of Mapleton had a charge of no Minnesota registration continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Mariah J. Foty, 30, of Easton was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

David J. Robins, 54, of Las Vegas, Nev. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of following too close as reasonable; fined $50.

Malia N. Ying-Yi Swartz, 18, of Prior Lake had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $165, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Zachary D. Johnson, 31, of Wells was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Maria A. De Orta, 53, of Swea City, Iowa was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of driver/owner allow open bottle; fined $185.

Kirstin L. Kitchel, 28, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.

Jose M. Navarrete, 41, of Albert Lea was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145.
