Arnaldo J. Malave Sanchez, 25, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge.

Latell J. Chaney, Jr., 22, of Fairmont was convicted of harassment-violate and knows of temporary or restraining order; fined $728.45, restitution $653.45, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served one day, work release and STS are granted if eligible, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution within 6 months, complete a diagnostic mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), no new violations of the law, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Also convicted on a separate charge of harassment-violate and knows of temporary or restraining order; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served one day, work release and STS are granted if eligible, concurrent with other case, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete a diagnostic mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), no new violations of the law, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $210, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 334 days for two years, credit for time served one day, work release and STS are granted if eligible, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, complete a diagnostic mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no new violations of the law, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Two additional felony charges of first-degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000, and terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, were both dismissed.

Robin B. Mathew, 47, of Morton Grove, Ill. was convicted of harassment-reasonable fear that family or household member subject to substantial bodily harm; fined $585, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.
