Wade S. Bartz, 50, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, mo same or similar. Additional charges of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure, and open bottle law-possession, were both dismissed.

Jeremiah R. Weerts, 46, of Winnebago was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 120 days, credit for time served 31 days, STS is granted while in custody, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment while in custody and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete cognitive skills course as recommended by probation, complete diagnostic psychological evaluation if recommended by probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition, explosives or dangerous weapons. Additional felony charge of fourth-degree controlled substance possession-schedule 1/2/3 except marijuana with intent to sale was dismissed.

Driving after revocation — Scott D. Brown, 48, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Andrew P. Holm, 33, of Elmore was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting was dismissed.

Amber M. Belaski, 41, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $615, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 334 days for two years, credit for time served two days, can serve remaining 28 days on EHM with alcohol sensor, work release if eligible, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Terry L. Keithahn, 42, of Blue Earth had a charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety continued for dismissal; fined $410, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
