Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Jose Rodriguez Colorado, 44, of Belmond, Iowa; Daniel V. Ramirez Gomez, 32, of St. James; each fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Jose A. Choncoa Garcia, 30, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Brian M. Finke, 48, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $3850, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree assault-physically assault a peace officer, and fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm, were both dismissed.

Anthony C. Schultz, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Devin D. Ibarra, 20, of New Richland was convicted of speeding; fined $235. Additional charge of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance was dismissed.

Instruction permit violation-person under 18 — Cesar D. Vega Abarca, 19, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Nicholas A. Uecker, 40, of Elmore; fined $285.

Eldon E. Nygaard, 78, of Viborg, S.D. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $165, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Shailin C. Ohrtman, 20, of Wells had a charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt/impede/interfere/disrupt 911 call continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no contact with victim(s). Also had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO).
