Majali Mohammad Al, 27, of Oak Lawn, Ill.; fined $285.

Colby J. Beck, 30, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after cancellation; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, obtain drivers license, no drivers license violations, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $260. Also received a stay of adjudication on a separate charge of driving after cancellation; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, obtain drivers license, no drivers license violations, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charges of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm, driving after cancellation, and wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call, were all dismissed.

Brian A. Stevermer, 47, of Rochester was convicted of identity theft-possess/use identity of other person; fined $660, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 333 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no violations of an active civil/criminal No Contact Order including any Order for Protection or harassment restraining orders, successfully complete outpatient treatment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing at the request of probation or law enforcement officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed.

Richard A. Mirelli, Jr., 50, of Alden was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.
