Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to through highway — Jeanne M. Doolittle, 63, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Jonathan P. Grunewald, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.

Heidi A. Luhmann, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-by swindle; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.

Christopher J. McCartney, 32, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of harassment-violate and knows of temporary or restraining order; fined $100, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with individuals or places outlined in the Harassment Restraining Order, complete a mental health assessment with a provider of the defendant’s choice, follow all recommendations of the assessment and provide proof to court administration that the assessment was done, no same or similar.

Robert R. Schultz, 56, of Wells was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $485, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 364 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, use best efforts to get drivers license reinstated, no same or similar.

Zachary A. Ricke, 18, of Fenton, Iowa was convicted of fail to stop for school bus; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Jeffery M. Lillevold, 38, of Trimont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $435, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle without a registration, and uninsured vehicle-owner violation, were both dismissed.
