Christi L. Redenius, 60, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $62,382.41, restitution $62,382.41, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay a minimum of $600 per month towards restitution and any missed payments of restitution will result in automatic 10 days of jail, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing at the request of probation or law enforcement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Guerra, 45, of Princeton, Minn. received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of harassment-violate restraining order; fined $1,185, sentenced to jail 73 days, credit for time served 73 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete a comprehensive assessment if recommended by probation and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing at the request of probation or law enforcement, complete a diagnostic psychological evaluation within 90 days and follow all recommendations, no contact with victim(s), provide list of medications to probation officer, do not harass, threaten or assault any person, no violations of an active civil/criminal No Contact Order, follow through with transfer of Martin County files to county of residence in Minnesota, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Joseph D. Ehlers, 37, of Delavan was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.
