Cecilia A. Hernandez, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, no driving violations with the use or possession of marijuana. Two additional felony charges of third-degree controlled substance sales of marijuana mixture-5 kilos or more, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of driving after revocation, were all dismissed.
