Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene — Tanya M. Williams, 42, of Trimont; fined $285.

Nathan H. Moore, 42, of Welcome received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,185, sentenced to jail 21 days, credit for time served 21 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 30 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications and including THC/marijuana unless prescribed and monitored by a licensed medical provider, random testing at the request of law enforcement and probation, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Elizabeth M. Nielsen, 23, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of neglect of a child-results in substantial physical harm or emotional health; fined $375, two years unsupervised monitoring without conviction, comply with current CPS plan, no same or similar.

Anthony D. Christiansen, 42, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of possess pornographic work-registered predatory offender; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 36 months, stayed 10 years, sentenced to jail 364 days, credit for time served four days, work release and STS are granted if eligible, 10 years supervised probation, sentence to service 20 days for indeterminate, Contact your probation officer as directed, do not enter places where sexual materials are available, not to use any phone sex lines, dating

services, social networks or enter any strip clubs or adult bookstores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, no access to or use of internet without approval, disclose all electronic devices to agent, subject to phone monitoring, all devices and internet activity must be approved by probation agent, psychological-sexual evaluation, complete psychosexual assessment on March 5, 2024, don’t possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete and follow recommendations of psychosexual

assessment. no unsupervised contact with persons under age 18, regarding contact with children: defendant’s contact with his children may continue as previously allowed until assessment is completed, once assessment is completed defendant should follow recommendations regarding contact with his children, if contact is approved, the

individual(s) to provide the supervision must also be pre-approved by probation and treatment, comply with predatory offender registration including photographing, fingerprinting and DNA, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete treatment, enter, cooperate with and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, contact with probation, and do not miss the assessment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional charge of forestry-open burning of prohibited materials was dismissed.
