Valentin Sierra-Camarillo, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally inflicts or attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete individual therapy with an approved provider and follow recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession (does not apply to defendant’s work), random testing, domestic abuse evaluation, cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.
Amber R. Wenzel, 36, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 30 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training if recommended by agent and pay associated fees, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance sale-5 kilos or more of marijuana mixture or tetrahydrocannabinols was dismissed.
Josie Ana E. Dusheck, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, report to jail on or before 4/5/2024, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service four days for indeterminate, no contact with victim(s), no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing. Also convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, report to jail on or before 4/5/2024, concurrent with other case, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no same or similar.
Four additional charges of driving after revocation were all dismissed.
