Shandani M. Zamarripa, 33, of Blue Earth had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally inflicts or attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct.

David A. Fuller, 66, of Davenport, Iowa was convicted of driver prohibited from performing safety-sensitive functions; fined $300. Also convicted of CMV-no ID for interstate carrier; fined $185.

Brittany K.
