Shandani M. Zamarripa, 33, of Blue Earth had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally inflicts or attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $175, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct.

David A. Fuller, 66, of Davenport, Iowa was convicted of driver prohibited from performing safety-sensitive functions; fined $300. Also convicted of CMV-no ID for interstate carrier; fined $185.

Melody L. Martinson, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of seat belt required-driver and passenger must use; fined $25. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Brittany K. Erickson, 33, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $175, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, complete anger management course and submit proof of completion to the Department of Corrections within six months. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally inflicts or attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.
