Ashton Allen Lloyd, 19, of Elmore was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway: Fined $410. Sentenced to 90 days, stay 90 days for 1 year credit for time served: 0 days, 1 year supervised probation. Condition-Follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all recommendations of the assessment and provide probation agent with a copy of assessment, attend MADD Impact Panel, complete class and pay for cost, no same or similar. An additional charges of underage drinking and driving and consumption by persons under 21 were both dismissed.

Margaret Ann Franzen, 75, of Winnbebago plead not guilty a charge of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use. Disposition-Continued for dismissal. Court decision-continued, 6 month unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar, no seatbelt violations.
